Come help local artists shine in a unique cultural space in the heart of Charlevoix.
We’re looking for a passionate Art Sales Consultant to welcome visitors and provide a warm, personalized experience.
📌 Full-time position (4 or 5 days/week) | Year-round employment | On-site in La Malbaie
📅 Availability on weekends and holidays required
Your main responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide visitors as they explore the artworks
• Offer a memorable client experience that is both professional and human
• Build genuine connections with a curious and loyal clientele
• Help present artworks in the gallery (setup, ambiance)
• Manage sales and client communications (emails, calls, messages) with care and professionalism
• Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the gallery in collaboration with the team
Your profile:
• Interest in art and artists
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of client service
• Polished appearance and professional attitude
• Thorough, self-reliant, friendly, and a team player
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Strong command of French and ease in English required | Bilingualism is an asset
→ Open to candidates with or without gallery experience, but with a clear interest in the arts and an outstanding sense of hospitality
